"I ordered a custom wire length of 35.5’ and a window strap. This was a very well-appointed kit with excellent instructions and options. I found it easy to install between two buildings, looping the string around vent pipes on the roofs. The clever window strap worked wonderfully, and I connected the lead to a screw on the back of my old 1954 Hallicrafters S-38E. I tuned to 20m and 40m and was able to hear CW, which I couldn’t do with the 15-foot wire I had before. I could also hear almost all of WWV’s frequencies clearly. Previous to this new antenna, I could only hear two of the frequencies, and not clearly or without fading in and out. I also appreciated all the information and encouragement on Frank’s website, too. “
